Bath winger Semesa Rokoduguni will play his first Test for England when they face the All Blacks at Twickenham on Saturday.
The 27-year-old flyer, who is a British Army lance corporal, has been rewarded for his fine form in the Premiership this season, which has seen him score six tries in as many matches.
He will start in the No 14 jersey, with South African-born centre Brad Barritt on his inside. Barritt will partner Kyle Eastmond in a new-look midfield, as Billy Twelvetrees misses out on selection altogether.
Lock Dave Attwood, whose fiancée Bridget gave birth to their first child on Tuesday, is back with the squad and will partner Courtney Lawes in the second row in his first Test since June 2013.
'I am delighted for Roko. Wing is an extremely competitive position but he has pushed himself forward with his form this season and it's great to be able to give him this opportunity,' said England coach Stuart Lancaster.
'Dave Attwood has had an eventful week with the birth of his first child and congratulations to him and his fiancée Bridget. He's back with us now and will be ready to go for Saturday.
'The atmosphere is superb and the fans really give us a boost. We can't wait for the walk from the coach to the changing room for what will be another great occasion.'
