The Vodacom Bulls have made six changes for their match against the Brumbies in Canberra on Friday.
Jürgen Visser, who joined the squad on Monday in place of injured Jan Serfontein, starts at fullback ahead of Jesse Kriel with Burger Odendaal at inside centre. Kriel is recovering from a knee contusion and has been named on the bench.
Among the pack, Adriaan Strauss is back at hooker with Callie Visagie moving to the bench, Dean Greyling rotates with Trevor Nyakane at loosehead prop, Grant Hattingh replaces Matfield, who is being rested, in the second row, and Arno Botha swaps places with Jacques du Plessis at blindside flank.
