The Wallabies will play a World Cup warm-up match against the USA Eagles at Soldier Field on 5 September.
It will be Australia's first Test in the USA in almost 40 years and just the fourth time they have played on American soil.
The Wallabies played against the USA for the first time in a tour match in Berkeley in 1912, which was not classified as a Test. Australia played their maiden Test against the Eagles in Los Angeles in 1976, in a game which marked the Eagles’ first ever Test on the world stage.
The match will form part of the Wallabies' plans ahead of the World Cup, with the squad flying from the USA to London ahead of their match against Fiji on 23 September in Cardiff.
The USA met the All Blacks at Soldier Field in November last year, losing 74-6 in front of a capacity crowd.
