Juandré Kruger and Schalk Ferreira have been selected to represent the Barbarians against England on 1 June.
Kruger has played 17 Tests for the Springboks, and currently plays his club rugby for Racing Métro in France. Ferreira was formerly with the Stormers and Southern Kings before moving to Toulouse.
The South African duo has also been selected for Nick Mallett's World XV squad that will battle the Boks at Newlands on 7 June.
The Barbarians have also called up veteran Ireland lock Donncha O'Callaghan and Argentina utility back Juan Martin Hernandez for the match at Twickenham.
The final 24-man squad boasts 730 Tests caps.
England will field a young, inexperienced side, as the first-choice team will be touring New Zealand.
