Openside flank Ardie Savea comes into the side for Jack Lam, while loosehead prop Reggie Goodes takes the place of Jeffery Toomaga-Allen with Ben Franks switching to tighthead.
Lock Jeremy Thrush's sore neck has seen him bracketed with Blade Thomson in the second row.
