The Cheetahs have made five changes to their starting lineup for Saturday's match against the Lions at Ellis Park.
Lood de Jager, who was rested for the game against the Sunwolves in Singapore, is back at No 5 lock. Charles Marais, Torsten van Jaarsveld and Maks van Dyk, who were used as substitutes last weekend, will start in the front row, with Ox Nche, Jacques du Toit and Johan Coetzee moving to the bench.
In the only change to the backline, Clayton Blommetjies will start at fullback, with Sias Ebersohn falling out of the match 23.
