The Kings have made four changes to their starting lineup for Saturday's match against the Chiefs in Port Elizabeth.
Kings coach Deon Davids had a full squad to choose from this week after all of their injured players were declared fit to play.
JP du Plessis drops out of the match 23 as Stefan Watermeyer slots in at outside centre, while Louis Fouché returns from injury to start at flyhalf in place of Elgar Watts, who moves to the bench.
In the front row, Jacobie Adriaanse replaces Tom Botha at tighthead prop while Edgar Marutlulle starts ahead of Martin Ferreira at hooker. Botha and Ferreira are benched.
The bench has been bolstered by the return of scrumhalf Kevin Luiters, hooker Martin Bezuidenhout and fullback Jaco van Tonder.
