Leolin Zas will start on the left wing for the Stormers against the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein on Saturday.
Zas, who made his Super Rugby debut off the bench last weekend, replaces the injured Kobus van Wyk, with Huw Jones coming onto the bench.
‘There is no doubt that [Zas] has incredible potential, and we would like to back talented young players as much as possible,’ said Stormers coach Robbie Fleck.
