Warren Whiteley has been included in a 25-man Lions squad for the Super Rugby final against the Hurricanes in Wellington.

The No 8 and captain missed the Lions' 42-30 semi-final win against the Highlanders at Ellis Park because of a calf injury.

The team departs from OR Tambo International Airport on Sunday at 19:15 and will land in New Zealand at midnight on Monday.
