The Blue Bulls scored eight tries in a dominant 50-3 win over the Canon Eagles in Tokyo on Friday.
Playing in their final Currie Cup warm-up game, the Bulls overpowered their Japanese counterparts, opening up a 14-3 lead at half-time after tries to Deon Stegmann and Dean Greyling.
In a one-sided second half, Lappies Labuschagne, Burger Odendaal (two tries), Hanro Liebenberg, RG Snyman and Dan Kriel all scored as the Bulls racked up 50 points.
The Bulls will open their Currie Cup campaign with a clash against the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein on 8 August.
