Influential Blitzboks Kyle Brown, Cecil Afrika and Branco du Preez have all returned to full training following the completion of their respective rehabilitation programmes.

Brown recently underwent a minor shoulder operation, Cecil Afrika has recovered from a hamstring strain, while Du Preez has come to the end of his rehabilitation after shoulder surgery.

The Blitzboks have endured a poor run of luck on the injury front, but remain one of three teams that have 69 points at the top of the World Rugby Sevens Series standings after four rounds. Fiji are placed first because of their superior points margin, followed by South Africa and New Zealand.

The series next heads to the USA and Canada in March.
