NMMU host Maties on Monday, while UCT travel to CUT, Tuks host Shimlas and Pukke take on UJ.
The 2016 Varsity Cup got off to a cracking start in round one, with teams taking advantage of the new point system for tries scored, and there is likely to be more of the same on Monday.
Maties will be looking to build on their thumping six-try 40-0 victory over CUT as they take on NMMU (who lost 19-12 to UJ) in Port Elizabeth. CUT will be hoping to put their opening loss behind them against UCT in Bloemfontein.
Shimlas, who beat UCT 23-17 last week, travel to Pretoria to take on a wounded Tuks side.
UJ will travel to Potchefstroom to face Pukke in the only match featuring two unbeaten sides. Pukke scored the first nine-point try of the season when they beat Tuks 38-15 in Pretoria, while UJ edged NMMU in wet conditions in Johannesburg.
