Cornal Hendricks will start on the wing in one of two changes to the Cheetahs side for the match against the Blues in Bloemfontein on Friday.
The 26-year-old Springbok started the 35-29 victory over the Sharks on the bench, but has been restored to the starting lineup for the match against the winless Blues in place of the injured Clayton Blommetjies.
In the only other change to the starting XV, Carl Wegner replaces Lood de Jager in the second row after the latter was ruled out for two months with an elbow injury.
The move has seen Tienie Burger promoted to the bench, while the final change sees Johann Sadie slot back into the squad following his return from Japan.
