Italy have recalled Mauro Bergamasco and Marco Bortolami for their clash with England at Twickenham on Saturday.
The veteran flanker missed Italy's November Tests as well as the 26-3 loss to Ireland in Rome at the weekend, but will replace Alessandro Zanni on the side of the scrum.
Joshua Furno will make way for Bortolami in the second row, while Albert De Marchi comes in for Matias Aguero at loosehead prop.
Coach Jacques Brunel has also tweaked his backline, with Andrea Masi shifting to inside centre after Michele Campagnaro was ruled out through injury.
Luke McLean will take his place at fullback, while Giovambattista Venditti will slot in on the left wing.
