Racing Métro flank Wenceslas Lauret replaces club team-mate Bernard le Roux, who suffered a concussion against Italy.
Castres hooker Brice Mach, Clermont prop Vincent Debaty and Castres flyhalf Rémi Talès are added to bench, replacing Benjamin Kayser (injured), Rabah Slimani (suspended) and Francois Trinh-Duc (dropped) respectively.
