David Meihuizen will start at lock in the only change to Western Province’s starting lineup for the match against the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein on Saturday.
Province coach John Dobson has opted for continuity as his side prepares for a crunch match this weekend.
The only change from the side that claimed a bonus-point win over Griquas sees promising lock Meihuizen come into the starting in place of Chris van Zyl, who drops to the bench. Meihuizen will partner JD Schickerling in the second row.
Meanwhile, Province have also received a double boost as Springbok hooker Scarra Ntubeni and tighthead prop Neethling Fouche have both recovered from their respective injuries and take their places on the bench, along with loose forward Marcel Theunissen.
Steven Kitshoff will continue to lead the side while Siya Kolisi is isolating after coming into contact with a positive Covid-19 case.

Dobson said that his team are intent on delivering an accurate performance in Bloemfontein.
‘The continuity in selection this week will hopefully help us to build some momentum and play with some fluency,’ Dobson said.
‘We know that it will take an 80-minute performance in Bloemfontein this weekend if we are to come away with the result that we are looking for.’
