Former Bulls and Junior Springbok star CJ Stander has signed a two-year extension with Irish club Munster.
Since joining Munster after the 2012 Currie Cup, Stander has gone on to make 69 appearances and score 22 tries, while he was named the Munster Rugby Player of the Year in April.
Stander's new deal will see him remain with Munster until at least June 2018, with the 25-year-old having already completed the three-year residency qualification to play for Ireland.
The talented loose forward met with Ireland coach Joe Schmidt in November, and is widely tipped to feature in Ireland’s Six Nations campaign next year.
